112 - The Art Room at City Hall Grand
Description
Preserved Old City Hall is a historic city landmark with a lot of old stories to tell. Eber Culver, one of Williamsport’s foremost architects, designed the five-story building of yellow brick trimmed in stone with molded brick ornamentation and terra cotta columns. Built in 1893, it features two towers: a large rectangular tower and a smaller octagonal tower, both of which have been incorporated into the hotel’s unique design. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Pla The space “THE ART ROOM” (Room 112) has a wonderful bonus feature: a magnificent spa-like soaking tub, which sits elegantly alone and surrounded by the six tall windows forming a semi-hexagonal space. What a perfect way to pamper a weary traveler or two! In addition, a shower and sink are located in the toilet room. This room is also equipped with a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge, and has a large walk-in closet.
