The space In this space, you can enjoy the luxuries of a home, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, fully renovated kitchen, backyard space, back patio morning coffees, ample parking, and the modern comforts of wifi and smart TVs. No we can’t share our Netflix subscriptions with you, but we can share our Charleston county parks pass with you. All guests will enjoy access to this pass which gets you free entry into James Island County Park (5 mins away), Folly Beach, Kiawah Island Beach, and so much more. We also include 4 beach chairs for guests to use as needed. *This tranquil property includes an additional house located on the back of the property that is also used for rentals. This can be seen in the exterior photo of the listing. Despite sharing the grounds, both rentals provide ample parking and a sense of privacy for each guest.
