The space "The Little Barn " is an oak barn finished to an immaculate standard with a spacious living area, an enclosed private gravel area, and a beautiful roof top garden with amazing views over the moors. The little barn is set in a beautiful quiet private country location on our five acre small holding at the foot of Bodmin Moor and a short walk into the beautiful village of Altarnun where there is a good local pub, cafe and village shop. Close to the A30 to explore the beautiful Cornish countryside and beaches with all that Cornwall has to offer. Eden project 19 miles, Tintagel and north coast 13 miles, south coast 17 miles, Dartmoor 18 miles Two plus dogs are welcome Guest access The Little Barn has its own extensive private entrance and driveway accessed via double five bar gates. There is ample parking It also has two secure dog areas for your dogs to enjoy freedom and be safe, the balcony and gravel area at the front of the barn Other things to note Perfect rural retreat to fully switch off and unwind..... Accommodates comfortably two adults with one bedroom with a king size bed. It MUST be noted that the other bed is a king size sofa bed within the living area so is ideally suited for children. We can accommodate 4 adults if you are happy with this amount of privacy and room, please contact us to discuss. The Little Barn is situated on our small holding of five acres, which we enjoy with our three horses and two dogs. we are happy to introduce the horses to you, and for you to have some interaction with them.
