Poolside RV on the Farm

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our 22 acre farm is only a few miles off of I-40 with beautiful sunsets! Setup a hammock, walk the property, find a trail, enjoy the pool or hot tub! This RV currently comfortably sleeps 4-5, has a large walk in shower, 50” TV, + the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you could need to make a meal! Guest access Front bedroom has a queen bed, living room has a pull out sofa, as well as a dinette that folds out into a small bed suitable for a small child. We have an array of activities available for use, including cornhole, CrossNet, PaddleSmash, Spike Ball, and more! Salt water pool and hot tub available seasonally. Please message before booking to confirm. Other things to note Be mindful that this is an RV, and while it has air conditioning, RV air conditioners are only intended to bring their inside temperature down 10-20 degrees less than the outside temperature, including humidity and heat index. Check the weather forecast to be sure this is something you can accept before booking. Heater is propane, and requires a propane tank deposit prior to arrival. Please message to coordinate this. However, the electric fireplace heats the unit up through most of winter with no issues. Pets not allowed. Pool is open seasonally, please message before booking to confirm. Pool house is strictly for use by dome guests only. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - Children (anyone under age 16) must have adult supervision at all times in the fenced in pool area. Pool heater available - If you prefer warmer water temperatures, you are able to rent it out privately so it’s all yours + heated for a specified amount of time! This is a farm and you will see and hear our animals, including the roosters, and our livestock guardian dogs protecting everyone! We do not accept third party reservations. Renter must be present.
