This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips, in a small but precious Tuscan village, Montisi, in the Municipality of Montalcino, famous for wine and for being in the Val d'Orcia park, a UNESCO site. The house has a very quiet roof garden, where you can dine and relax after a day spent among the natural, historical and artistic wonders of the area. Each room of Umberto121 is different from the others, having maintained the characteristics of each. The space The house on the first floor has the following spaces, all dedicated to guests: - a fully equipped kitchen for wonderful dinners, perhaps under the pergola of the private garden - a dining room for ten/twelve diners, with the necessary dishes and ceramics - a living room with sofas, where you can watch TV or listen to music - a small living room with a working fireplace, with a workstation to work comfortably - one of the five bedrooms, with private bathroom and views of Montisi's main street. The house on the first floor overlooks a beautiful private roof garden, where you can eat, barbecue or rest or have fun, as well as eat great figs, in the right period. The second floor, with convenient accessibility with wide and not steep stairs, is composed as follows: - a bedroom, no. 2, with private bathroom and splendid view towards the hills of Valdorcia and Siena - a bedroom, no. 3, with private bathroom and views towards the village of Castelmuzio and the surrounding countryside - a bedroom, no. 4, with private bathroom with bathtub and views of the countryside and the rooftops of Montisi - the last bedroom, no. 5, with private bathroom and beautiful view towards Siena and the Valdorcia countryside. All bedrooms have king size beds and/or single 90x200 cm beds. - finally, also on the second floor, there is a central room, overlooking the countryside, where you can rest or read on comfortable armchairs. Both the first and second floors are covered by free Wi-Fi service. Guest access Umberto 121 is accessible from the precious main road of the small town of Montisi, being able to access it with the keys, if appropriate, or with a convenient temporary code, which will last for the duration of the stay. Next to the access door to the house, you can park a car or van, right in front of the garage owned by Umberto 121. To access the first and second floors, where the reception areas of Umberto 121 are located, you will need to climb two short flights of stairs, wide and not steep. Usually, except in special cases agreed upon by the property with guests, the house is entirely dedicated to booking guests.
