Remember to bring your own footwear if you plan to use the hot tub. Slippers are not to be used inside the hot tub. It should be worn on your way to the hot tub area, but not inside the hot tub. The space 📌NO PET. Service Animals: For service animals. Please note that an additional $150 cleaning fee applies due to the extra time required for deep cleaning. 📌This cottage is not suitable/safe for infants and kids. We accommodate adults only. The maximum capacity is only for 2 people. 🚫 Toilet Use Reminder 🚫 Toilet paper is safe to flush, but please dispose of wipes and other items in the trash bin to avoid clogging. 📌 Netflix and Amazon Prime are free to watch. If you’d like to rent a movie on Amazon Prime, please let us know and we can charge it to your Airbnb account. For Netflix rentals, simply log out of our account and use your own. 📌If you have sensitive or severe allergies, please reconsider booking. We use different kinds of soaps, and standard cleaning supplies, and while we do our best to keep the space clean, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 📌We live on the property but it is a completely different home and we respect guest privacy during their stay.But we hope you won't mind if you can see us sometimes in the afternoon cleaning the backyard area or watering the plants. We usually do it if the guests are not around. 📌We don't let guest to check -in early or check-out late due to the time needed to clean between guests. Cleanliness is our first priority every guest check -out. 📌Please do not wash your shoes or slippers in the sink, as it can clog the drain. 📌We kindly ask guests who plan on fishing to bring their own cooler for storing their catch. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow the use of the refrigerator for fish storage, as we have received complaints about odor in the past, resulting in the need for replacement. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. 📌Please refer to our house manual for the laundry area instructions, as we have a new digital washer and dryer combo. 📌We don’t have regular TV channels; instead, we use Fire TV for streaming. You can access all your favorite shows and apps through the Fire Stick remote. 📌This 400 sq. ft. apartment is located at the end of our house ( attached to our storage room) but totally private, you have your own gate and entrance door. Feel free to enjoy our fenced and back garden shared by sister Cozy Cottage. 📌This is a one-bedroom cottage, but we do have a futon bed if needed. Just let us know if you want to use it before checking in so that we can prepare it. 📌Regarding the hot tub hours, we prioritize the safety of our guests, as we are unable to monitor it 24 hours a day. Therefore, we operate it from Monday to Sunday,9:00 am to 11:00 pm, allowing ample time for cleaning and maintenance for the following day’s use. And we want to be considerate to guests in both units that may have to get up early. 📌We have security cameras installed, but they are only positioned in the outside premises, specifically focusing on the parking area and the gate. This is to ensure the safety of our guests by monitoring who comes in and out. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the premises, respecting your privacy and adhering to Airbnb’s policies. Guest access Please message us if you will check-in late after 10:00pm. Please use caution when entering and exiting the driveway on Calawah road as traffic is fairly busy for forks. If you will have more than one vehicle, you must inform us before check-in. No boats or campers are allowed on the property. Other things to note No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Misinforming us about the exact number of guests will force us to cancel your reservation even upon arrival. We have security cameras installed that are focused solely on the parking area and the gate to monitor entry and exit for your safety. Please be assured there are no cameras inside the premises, respecting your privacy and complying with Airbnb’s policies.
