Please remember to bring your own footwear if you plan to use the hot tub, Slippers are not to be used inside the hot tub but rather on your way to the gazebo area ( just to be clear 😊) Refer to our cottage manual for the rules. > There is an adjustable queen bed with a new heated mattress pad. > Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are provided. > Free Netflix and Amazon Prime NO PET. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property. We have two cottages, and we need to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, particularly those who may have allergies. This cottage is not suitable/safe for infants and kids. We accommodate adults only.. A reminder: Please do not flush anything in the toilet, as it can cause a clog, leading to the closure of the cottages for a week. Instead, please use the small trash bin provided in the bathroom. This 400 sq. ft. apartment is located at the end of our house ( attached to our storage room) but totally private, you have your own gate and entrance door. Feel free to enjoy our fenced and back garden shared by sister cottage Sol Duc. This is one bedroom cottage, but we do have a Futon bed if needed. Just let us know if you want to use it before checking - in. We put a lavender essential oil with reed sticks in the cottage. If you’re sensitive to scents, please let us know, and we will remove it before you check in. Just an FYI: if you have allergies to soap or other substances, please reconsider before booking, as we use Arm & Hammer Liquid Soap Clean Burst scent for all our laundry. Regarding the hot tub hours, we prioritize the safety of our guests, as we are unable to monitor it 24 hours a day. Therefore, we operate it from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, allowing ample time for cleaning and maintenance for the following day’s use. And we want to be considerate to guests in both units that may have to get up early. Please message us if you will check-in late after 10:00pm. Please use caution when entering and exiting the driveway on Calawah road as traffic is fairly busy for forks. If you will have more than one vehicle, you must inform us before check-in. No boats or campers are allowed on the property. Available anytime via AirBnb platform Our home is located very close to Main Street/Highway 101. It is primarily residential. You can walk to shops and Restaurants. There is some traffic noise in the morning and evenings, when our neighbors are going to and coming from work. The traffic slows down significantly after dark and the street is quiet. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please confirm with us the number of guests at the time of booking. Misinforming us about the exact number of guests will force us to cancel your reservation even upon arrival. We kindly ask guests who plan on fishing to bring their own cooler for storing their catch. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow the use of the refrigerator for fish storage, as we have received complaints about odor in the past, resulting in the need for replacement. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. We don't let guest to check -in early or check-out late due to the time needed to clean between guests. Cleanliness is our first priority every guest check -out. Checking in as early as 2:00 pm or checking out late will come with additional fee of $20 per hour and need to be discussed in advance . During summer: We just put a portable air conditioner in the unit for the guest to be more comfortable during summer season, however, the cost for the electricity in forks is very high. Please help us out by conserving energy and turn off AC when leaving for the day. Thank you! P.S. We are private owners husband and wife.
