This uniquely designed two bedroom, two bath comfy hip condo is 1,100 sq ft and is full of adventure just waiting for you to explore. It's features include a lodge and surf decor that is geared to our families love for outdoors and adventure. This condo features a beautiful gas fireplace, custom accent lighting, and a front deck balcony that looks out at the quaint Nye Beach neighborhood and happenings below. The living room offers three small sofas, a 55" Smart TV, kitchen bar seating for two, dining table seating for four, a fully equipped kitchen and a swinging basket chair to cozy-up in. The master suite features a King size bed with a grotto greenery landscape view and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed. A single air mattress along with comforter/ bedding is available if needed for extra guest sleeping. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the seagulls and foghorn in the distance, cuddle up with a book in the swinging chair or enjoy a movie and board games. Step out from "The Overlook" and explore all that Nye Beach has to offer. Turn left and you are truly steps away from Panni's bakery. Turn right and sit out on the patio at Nana's Pub and enjoy your favorite microbrew, step across the street and select your favorite local wine.
