It is a 139-square-foot home that offers a peaceful environment for guests—built around a pan of quartz known for its relaxing and healing energy. Te Waikoropupū Springs, Labyrinth Rocks Park, Wharariki Beach, and Abel Tasman Track are just a few of the nearby attractions in the areas. Explore our cozy tiny homes overlooking paddocks with calves, sheep, and lambs. Meet our gentle husky, large but friendly. Small dogs may feel intimidated, but he's all about playful fun. He joins us around the property, eager to assist with chores. Enjoy a unique blend of nature and friendly animals in our magical retreat! Just an hour's drive to nearby towns like Richmond and Nelson's attractions such as Kahurangi National Park, Nelson Lakes National Park, and more. The ideal Golden Bay accommodation with easy access to water, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including walks around the area, except for the shedding, which contains tools and machinery. NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Pets are welcome, but must be kept outside tiny homes in the evenings. Please ensure dogs are well-behaved around our livestock. Other things to note - Semi-Off grid tiny house - Good mobile reception for all networks - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have a friendly and well-socialised Husky who loves pats - Please do not enter animal paddocks without the land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Pre-orders - We provide complimentary fishing trips or Paua diving experiences for guests; please contact your land host 24 hours before arrival - We also provide our guests with fresh homegrown produce, local food and treats, and the best hungi experience (traditional method of underground cooking using steam from heated stones) in New Zealand Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
