Blue Laguna Landing

Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home. Drive to the town close by or kick back and relax at the beach or take in views from the balcony. Please see the full description for more details. "Check midweek rates if you have travel flexibility." We have made some updates to the home since pictures were taken. Newer TV downstairs, kitchen table, outdoor furnishing, kids beach toys. Cars do drive on this beach. The space Every guest is given a unique PIN which is valid for the entire duration of our valuable guests' stay at our home. As you enter the house you are greeted with an open living room; equipped with 3 couches, a new updated 55in Roku TV, and games in the cabinets. Behind the living room is an updated kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, dining table, and ample countertop space. A full bathroom downstairs, with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom (full mattress size) with a work desk. The front yard comes equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner or lunch. Some sand toys and a BBQ are in the garage. The second floor is very much like the first; it features another living room with a second modular sofa and a TV with a Roku. There are three bedrooms, one equipped with a king bed, and two with queen beds for ample comfort. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Ring security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Cameras are not actively monitored but are installed and viewed for safety reasons. No Pets Guest access All of the Home can be used. Just half of the garage is for house keepers and one storage closet upstairs
