Other things to note 📢 Important Information for Late Arrivals According to the rules of Diamond Resort Phuket, arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may incur a 2,000 Baht fee, as the entrances to the complex are closed during these hours for security reasons. 🔒🌙 To avoid this charge, we recommend booking our ✈️ Airport Transfer Service for arrivals after 10:00 p.m. 🚗 Our driver will have the 🔑 to your unit, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in. The transfer is provided in a Toyota Fortuner – a comfortable and spacious SUV 🚙 – and is available for 1,000 Baht only. 🧹 Additional Services Cleaning & linen change – 1,000 THB per service Electricity charges may apply for stays longer than 2 weeks (based on meter use) 🧺 Extra Towels & Linens For a third person, additional towels and linens are available for an extra charge of 500 THB per set. 🚭 Important House Rule Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, or weed) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. ❗Violation will result in a 10,000 THB penalty.
