Superb location, just 20-30 minutes from trendy Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Weaverville, Hot Springs and Skiing at Wolf Laurel. Bring the kids and critters . The Oasis has an eclectic look but feels warm and cozy. Feel free to enjoy the yard, grill, chill chairs, lounge chairs and picnic tables, or sit by the stream and relax... Watch the wind go by... This little gem is filled with color and ombiance . If your looking for a place to lay your head down and breathe, this is it. The vibe is calm and energy is relaxing. Guests can park upstairs by the street, closest to the apartment ,or there's additional parking down the driveway. I completely honor and respect guests need for autonomy and privacy, but I am available if needed. This is a 2 story house with top and bottom apartments. Guests will be staying in apartment A, the top unit with private keyless entry, and a private parking space within 500 feet of entry. Additional parking is available by the garage. I have a yearly lessor in the bottom apartment who's quiet, kind, respectful and simply amazing, but not there much. I'm local, just a half hour away, so please feel free to reach out with any questions or issues. This is a quiet, clean, charming neighborhood, approximately 5 minutes to Mars Hill University and adorable downtown Mars Hill. Stackhouse Restaurant, Nicks Pizza, Mexican Restaurant and Cam's Coffee house on Main Street. Minutes from Interstate 26 which takes you east to Weaverville and Asheville, or West to TN. This house is a little gem. Built in the 1960;s,. Soooooo theres a few quirks. Like when your taking a shower, dont flush the toilet or shes gonna be pissed!! You'll want to use one water source at a time, or water pressure will be effected. Add a few creeks in the floors just for some extra character and its home sweet home.
