I am happy to invite you to my bright and cozy studio flat with a fantastic location: only a 4-minute walk to Tower Hill Underground station, city buses, and St. Katherine's Dock, situated within a secured block with cafes, bars, and restaurants. The flat is a good choice for couples and those on a business trip. Enjoy close proximity to the city amenities; all you need to do is relish and make great memories about your London getaway! The space The studio is bright and homely, with a leather sofa, which can easily be converted into a comfortable queen-size bed, shelves and hangers for your belongings, a dining table (which can be used as a workspace) with two snug chairs and a flat-screen TV. The sofa bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. Cook your favourite meals on a cozy kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cooking tools. In the bathroom with a bathtub, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. Relax and restore after a full day of exploring London! Enjoy an open-air morning cup of coffee or gaze at the stars in the evening on a private balcony with a great city view. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
