While our home can accommodate up to 10 guests per city ordinance, we feel it's important to note that the sleeping arrangements include bunk beds which may not be suitable for all adult guests. •Dining table seats 8 + bar seating for 4 •Fully equipped & stocked kitchen •Washer/dryer •Upper-level deck w table and seating for two •Large shaded patio area beneath home w six-person dining table & four Adirondack chairs •Private pool with two shade sails •Charcoal grill •Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool •Ample parking for up to four vehicles on driveway, boat or trailer House rules: NO PETS or animals of any kind. If an animal is found to be on the property, the reservation will be cancelled effective immediately and no refund for any unused days will be considered. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed. No air mattresses. No confetti, glitter, silly string, water balloons, bath bombs or hair dye. Confirmed guests only. No overnight visitors, deliveries or 3rd party bookings. No smoking or vaping inside or outside anywhere on the property. We stand by our established cancellation policy. To protect your investment, we encourage you to consider purchasing independent “cancel for any reason” (CFAR) travel insurance.
