Conveniently located just off the I-95, our spacious one-bedroom suite offers a queen bed, bath with cedar sauna, kitchenette, private yard with pergola, and laundry. Enjoy quick access to a range of local shops & restaurants, endless outdoor activities, and convenient access to Portland and Southern Maine’s coastal region. The space We’re a couple with a cat on the main level, and our rental is located below. The neighborhood is quiet suburbia, just minutes from downtown, providing opportunity for you to be as social or secluded as you like. Grab a bite in Lewiston’s burgeoning restaurant scene or fire up the grill for a backyard barbecue. Go with the flow and enjoy the comfort of choice at a getaway that feels like home. Guest access The lower level is entirely yours and includes a private sauna and spacious backyard with a luxury pergola and other amenities. We offer self-check-in anytime after 3:00 PM with a 4-digit code that will provide convenient access to one of two entrances. For the safety of our guests, this code is removed and reassigned after each booking. Other things to note -Guests take note: We use scented cleaning products and detergents. -Straightforward pricing; no cleaning fees or deposits added during booking. - Guests are permitted one dedicated parking space in the driveway. No street parking is available. - In warmer months, the backyard is available for your leisure and comes complete with pergola and sectional seating, 2-types of hammocks, Adirondacks, and a BBQ grill. - During colder months, a private sauna is available for your leisure. We ask that you follow rules regarding its use and acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. - Televisions in the living and bedroom come equipped with smart devices. Please feel free to log into your own accounts. - A small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, Cuisinart Airfryer Toaster Oven, PRIMO hot/cold water dispenser, and Keurig are available within the space. A skillet, pot, olive oil, salt & pepper, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, and mugs are provided for your convenience. - We ask that you respect our no smoking policy and that you keep music and television to reasonable levels and reduce noise between 10 PM - 8 AM. - A cot is available for parties of 2 seeking separate sleep accommodations. Issues/Complaints/Fees: - Should you have any issues or questions, we are happy to assist. -Should we receive complaints from neighbors or deem your actions inappropriate, we reserve the right to take proper corrective action, including but not limited to canceling your reservation and charging fees. - Fees equal to replacement cost will be charged to replace lost, stolen, broken, or otherwise damaged items. - Some amenities require a release of liability waiver that holds you solely accountable for any mishap, injury, or death that may occur. Using such an amenity without signing the waiver or one deemed “not for use” will result in $125 fee, cancellation of reservation, and no refunds.
