Welcome to El Gitano. An spacious 2 bedroom apartment with modern amenities: air conditioners and fans in every room. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The balcony has a sitting area for meals or work.. The kitchen it’s fully equipped to prepare a snack or a full meal. It includes 1 parking space. A pool, sauna and gym. We aim to provide a private, luxurious and comfortable space while you enjoy the culture and fun activities Cartagena offers you. The space It’s a modern and luxurious building with a quiet and relax ambience. The apartment has all the modern amenities for a comfortable vacation. Comfortable new beds for a restful evening or nap. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each room has modern air conditioners plus ceiling fans to accommodate and enjoy a refreshing beach breeze in the evenings. Plus, 2 air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests. A modern blender machine to make a protein shake or fresh tropical juice. Enjoy a cup of coffee in our comfortable balcony. An oven if required to bake your meals. The pool is one of the largest outdoor pools in Bocagrande. A modern gym and access to a sauna. The apartment itself on the 12 floor. Guest access You have full access to the apartment, pool, jacuzzi and sauna (schedule listed outside each amenity). Only registered guests allowed in parking space, apartment and building amenities. If you have a guest arriving at a later time, we must know the amount of guest you planning to register during your stay at the time you book the reservation. Maximum it’s 6 persons. Building requires all guest to be registered. No commercial plates allowed to park in our parking lot. Other things to note No unregistered guests allowed. *all guest must registered. No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Use public areas or balcony if you smoke. No pets allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the air conditioner when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes.
