Sleeps 16 people comfortably with new & professionally decorated furnishings. The upper level has 3 king-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, including a bedroom with en suite and a bunk room that sleeps 6. The main level has a master king-size bedroom with lake view, fireplace and en suite, plus an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The family room includes an amazing water view and fireplace, leading into a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful sunroom for large gatherings to dine together overlooking the lake with access to the upper deck, sitting area, laundry room and half bath. The lower level has a designated office space with en suite, game room equipped with pool table, ping pong table and foosball, 2nd family room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area. This level has access to the backyard, with more amazing views. Outside features a beautifully landscaped pool, lounge chairs, covered seating area, covered dining area, fire pit (a wood bundle is provided) a private beach and plenty of space for games. The dock is steps away and this is where the lake toys are located. Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked storage closets. For our guests traveling a distance, we are conveniently located 30 minutes from Charlotte airport and 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte. This property has a saltwater pool but not a pool spa jacuzzi. Pool season is April 15-October 15. Pool is not heated. Age requirement to book is 25 years old.
