House near the Verdon

This village house, with authentic charm and no one opposite facing SW, welcomes you on its 3 floors and in its ground floor studio. The space This accommodation, with self check-in/check-out, will be fully reserved for you! - On the first floor, you will enjoy a dining room with a table for 8 people, an open kitchen fully equipped with all the usual utensils and a seating area with TV. - On the second floor there is a large bathroom, a 16 m2 bedroom (160 cm bed) and separate toilet. - On the top floor, the 50 m2 attic room can accommodate 4 people thanks to a 140 cm bed and 2 90 x 200 cm beds. And a round table with 4 chairs can be used as a desk area. - On the ground floor, a 40 m2 studio (also fully equipped) offers additional accommodation for 2 people who will enjoy its 140 cm sofa bed with convenient and comfortable express opening, and its stone-tiled shower room (the hot water tank is independent of that of the house). Finally, note that the entrance to this house is large enough to possibly store bicycles. All beds are fitted with pillows, bolster pillows, blankets and duvets in winter. Please plan to bring your bed linens. Tea towels and towels can be rented on request for an additional €20/stay. Located in the hamlet of Jabron, you will find free parking right across the street from the accommodation, as well as a boulodrome and a small open-access park. You will be halfway between 2 typical villages of the Var (Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby) where you will find all amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, post office, tourist office, tobacco-press, gas station, ATM, bars, restaurants... Last stop before the Verdon, it is the ideal place to discover the Var hinterland, as well as the spectacular Route des Gorges, Lake Sainte-Croix with its nautical activities, the village of Moustiers and its famous earthenware, the lavender of Valensole... It is of course also the perfect resting place for hiking enthusiasts (the Imbut, the Sentier Martel...), and besides the GR49 passes right next to the accommodation! Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire home. And the fully equipped ground floor studio (TV, kitchen, dining area, shower room, toilet...) allows you to rest in peace from the rest of the house for guests who wish to do so.
