House near the Verdon

This village house, with authentic charm and not overlooked, welcomes you on its 3 floors and in its studio on the ground floor. The space This place, with self check-in/check-out, will be fully booked for you! - On the first floor you will enjoy a dining room with a table for 8 people, an open kitchen fully equipped with all the usual utensils and a seating area with TV. - On the second floor are a large bathroom, a bedroom of 16 m2 (bed 160) and separate WC. - On the top floor, the attic room of 50 m2 sleeps 4 thanks to a 140 bed and 2 90x200 beds. And a round table with 4 chairs can be used as a desk area. - On the ground floor, a studio of 40 m2 (also fully equipped) offers an additional accommodation for 2 people who will enjoy its 140 sofa bed with convenient and comfortable express opening, and its bathroom tiled with stones (the hot water cumulus is independent of the one in the house). Finally, it should be noted that the entrance to this house is large enough to possibly drop off bicycles. All beds are equipped with pillows, bolsters, blankets, and duvets in winter. Please plan to bring your bed linen. Towels and towels can be rented on request for an additional €20/stay. Located in the Hamlet of Jabron, you will find free parking right in front of the accommodation, as well as a boulodrome and a small open-access park. You will be halfway 6 km between 2 typical villages of the Var (Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby) where you will find all the amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, post office, tourist office, tobacco press, gas station, ATM, bars, restaurants... Last stop before the Verdon, it is the ideal place to discover the Var hinterland, as well as the spectacular Route des Gorges, the Lac de Sainte-Croix with its water activities, the village of Moustiers and its famous tiles, the lavender of Valensole... It is of course also the perfect resting place for hiking enthusiasts (the Imbut, the Sentier Martel...), and moreover the GR49 passes right next to the accommodation! Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire home. And the fully equipped ground floor studio (TV, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, toilet...) allows you to rest quietly from the rest of the house for guests who wish to do so.
