Newly remodeled in 2017, the property features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, a large living room with 13-foot french doors offering endless views of the Sonoma hills, and a 26-foot dining patio for gathering friends and enjoying the weather. The space Come enjoy the view over the pool, relax on a daybed suspended from a perfectly placed old oak tree while listening to the koi pond quietly cascading in the background, BBQ warming your dinner as you sample some local wine and cheese. El Mirador could be one of the finest places to sit and relax after a long day of wine tasting, hiking, ballooning, biking, shopping, or just enjoying the slow-paced local atmosphere. The property is made up of two houses. The Main house and the Carriage house. The Main house has two bedrooms, both with King-beds. One of the King-beds can be converted into Twin-beds if needed. The Carriage house has two bedrooms, both with King-beds. One of the King-beds can be converted into Twin-beds if needed. Please note the two houses are seperated by a ten-foot breezeway. In the Kitchen, we have attempted to supply you with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. All the pots, pans, knives, serving items, etc. We also have a coffee station with a Drip coffee maker and a Nespresso. This is to protect any following guests that might be alergic to dogs. *PARTIES: Please note: the property is not permitted to host weddings, receptions, or large parties (more than 13 people; 8 staying and 5 daytime). Any gathering larger than what my license allows needs s second commercial permit and insurance. *POOL: The pool is solar-powered. Thus it is typically warm enough for swimming from April through October. During the hot summer months, the temperature is 80+. * Pool: New for 2021, insurance as mandated. I added a secondary safety measure, a “kid-safe” fence around the pool. * SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind will cost you your deposit as it is that serious. * VIDEO: The property has a security camera for the safety and security of the property and our guests.
