Internet is unlimited and very fast: 100mb/s. Furnished with students in mind, this apartment is walking distance to the Place des Arts, McGill and all downtown. Quiet central place with new furnishings. Please note that although you will have 100% private use of the entire apartment, there is a part time roommate who may have to stop by to pick things up, drop things off, or maybe once in long while they might crash on the sofa. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself 98% of the time. I may pass by with notice to pick up or drop off things sometimes and maybe crash on the couch for the night, but again, it will be on very rare occasions and you will be notified in advance. Other things to note Please Note that I provide Pillows, Sheets, and Blanket. Since I am booking long term stays, I do not provide toilet paper, soap, etc. Towels are provided. Please note that access to the mailbox is not provided. There are many services to have mail sent to in the area. Please note that it is forbidden to open the front patio doors or to use the front patio. Please note that the prices have already been reduced to reflect these limitations.
