The kitchenette has an induction cooker positioned on an antique wood-burning stove. To the side, you will find a sink in fine marble and a cabinet with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can become a bed and a dining table. There is also a coffee corner and a kettle for herbal teas. The main room has a bed diagonally positioned between two windows overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom has a comfortable shower, and the toilet has a hand shower with hot water. The second bedroom with a double bed has a second dedicated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small hallway. The garden is 2500 square meters and includes a soccer field, an area with fruit trees, and a pergola with a BBQ, dining table, and outdoor furniture. Ample private parking. Guest access Please note that you have a dedicated space to park your car comfortably for free. In addition, the apartment has a private entrance, through a small stretch of dirt road, guaranteeing privacy and comfort during your stay. The garden can be used by guests. Dogs cannot be left unattended alone on the property, either inside the accommodation or in the garden. They must be monitored and not left alone. The owner does not live in the house, but she can be present for mowing the lawn and maintaining the garden and the property. Other things to note The house has two entrances.
