READ CAREFULLY If you are in 2 and want to sleep in 2 separate rooms, you will have to book for 3 people, and you will automatically have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. "Il giardino di Claudia" is located in a small village of houses on the outskirts of Ovada, with 2500 meters of well-kept lawn and fruit plants. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase. The accommodation has been recently renovated, furnished with handcrafted objects and reinterpretations of antique furniture created by me, in order to give the environment intimacy, warmth and originality. The kitchenette has an induction cooktop positioned on an antique wood stove, on the side you will find a fine marble sink and a cabinet with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can become a bed, a wall-mounted TV and a dining table. The coffee corner and kettle for herbal teas are a must. The main room has the bed diagonally between two windows overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom is with a comfortable shower and the toilet has a hot shower. The second bedroom with a double bed has a second dedicated bathroom with a floor shower and a small hallway. The garden is 2500 sqm and includes a soccer field, an area with fruit trees and a pergola with BBQ, dining table and outdoor furniture. Ample private parking Guest access I inform you that you have a dedicated space to conveniently park your car for free. In addition, the apartment has a separate entrance, through a small stretch of dirt road, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. The garden can be used by guests, dogs cannot be left unattended alone on the property, either inside the accommodation or in the garden, they are required to be monitored and not left alone. The owner does not live in the house, and may occasionally be present for grass cutting and external maintenance. Other things to note The house has two entrances. The location I send you in the conversation is the one you have to follow. It will take you to the secondary entrance, you will cross an artisanal area, and then take a small dirt road and enter directly into my property, which has a large parking area and a football field. The main entrance is a little more difficult and I do not recommend it.
