Road gets ruts & mud when it rains. It does get graded regularly. It may or may not be smooth. Parking spot is also not paved. Gravel/ grass. Short street of spread out homes. Property is 2 acres surrounded by pines. Quiet street other than our pony & roosters. 1 parking spot, short walk across grass then down paver path to entrance. Motion lights to guide you all along the way. First door is hallway, second door is studio. Walkway, small deck, studio. Available on Airbnb app or by phone. Easy access to everything. 7 min to Grayton Beach Tram lot. 3 min to Freeport bridge crossing. 10 minutes to Publix. 10 minutes to Blue mountain beach. You will need a car or Uber. You may want to keep the air purifier on for white noise so roosters doesn’t wake you up.
