Walk to all of downtown and Ybor from this mid-rise two story townhouse in the desirable Channel District. We love waking up to views of the cruise ships at the Port of Tampa and the Banana docks. The space This location is within walking distance (walkable score 76) to Ybor City, Amalie Arena, the Port of Tampa cruise terminals, the Tampa Aquarium, Curtis Hixon Park, the Straz Center, the Convention Center, Harbor Island and every business and site in downtown Tampa. If walking isn’t for you, download the Downtowner app for free rides in all of downtown and as far as the Univeristy of Tampa. Other ride options are taxis, Uber, Lyft, the Teco Line Street Car (stop 5 is a block away and viewable from our unit) and by bicycle utilizing the Coast bike share app. There are Coast bikes just a block away. This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit. The living areas and one bedroom are fully furnished. The other bedroom is not fully furnished, which is why the unit is listed as a one bedroom. You will have full access to all of the beautiful courtyards, the pool, fitness center and the common area (tv, pool table, computers and printer). If you have a car, we can also coordinate accesss to the parking garage. We will provide key fobs to access all areas of the building and parking garage and a door key for apartment access. If you are traveling with a dog, he or she is welcome, as well. There are two beautiful new dog parks directly behind the building and there are two other dog parks in the Channel District, also known as Channelside. Within two miles there are more dog parks located at Waterworks Park, Julian B Lane Park and Curtis Hixon Park. Many restaurants with an outdoor area allow dogs on their patios and the Pour House (coffee and craft beers) is across the street and they allow dogs inside. Other must see areas that are nearby are Waterworks Park, Ulele, Armature Works, The Hall on Franklin and Ybor City. Take the Pirate Water taxi to explore downtown Tampa up to Tampa Heights. Short drives to Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, St Petersburg and all Pinellas County beaches and Tropicana Field. Disney, Universal and other Orlando tourist sites are just over an hour away. This unit is available from late May to June only as we have moved and we are just waiting out the end of our lease. We have loved living here. We walk to the Tampa Bay Lightning games and to all locations and events in Downtown. We invite you to enjoy your vacation time in this beautiful community.
