5 minutes from the Zoo and Hamresanden (beach). Space for 6-9 people when using a travel bed/extra mattresses for children. Perfect for 2 families with children who want to go to Sørlandet on a trip. Detached house with enclosed garden, three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room (with extra shower/toilet), kitchen and living room. The garden is filled with a playroom, swing set, sandbox and outdoor furniture on the plot and dining table on the terrace on the 2nd floor. 5 min to Dyreparken and beach. No pets or smoking allowed. The space Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: children's room with a bed that can be single or double (toys available) Bedroom 3: 1 single bed + 1 cot (140 length + bed rail) (toys for the youngest children available). Extra available by appointment: travel bed and extra mattress for children (sleepy cloud from Stokke). Space for 5 adults + 4 children using extra mattresses and travel bed. Great for two families with children or families traveling with grandparents. Bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Toll mat available (but unfortunately not changing tables, we use the mat on the floor) Laundry room with shower, toilet, washing and tumble dryer. Open living room-kitchen solution with wall hung TV (not channels, only streaming like Disney+, NrK, log you on own Netflix etc). Toy box with toys the children can use (we have children born in 2018 & 2022, so toys suitable for these ages and a little for the youngest, as well as a good deal of board games for all ages). Dining table with 6 regular chairs and 2 high chairs available (chaos clap, hanger for the smallest children available). Refrigerator & freezer. Terrace with exit from living room with seating area and dining table (6 chairs). Plating out from bedroom 1 on the 1st floor with seating chairs, bench, and garden toys (including Rons stand/house rack) and some outdoor toys. The lawn to play on Space for parking on the outside of the house, as well as guest parking just a few meters from the house if more parking is needed. We are a family with children, and the house is equipped with all you need to travel with children. We are able to set up a travel crib for the youngest if desired. Children's gate by the 2nd floor staircase. A small meaning in the 1st floor and office on the 2nd floor are locked. Guest access The house is available, minus access to 1 indoor storage room, a room (office on the 2nd floor), sports shed outside (own door) and garage. No access for animals due to allergies.
