Watch the Sunrise on Lake Louisa! This newly renovated cozy chalet sleeps 8. It comes equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Enjoy all the amenities including, private dock access to Lake Louisa, Olympic size heated pool, tennis and pickleball, basketball court and playground. If you like nature but still want to be close to everything then this is your place. It is a short 25 minute drive to Disney. The space This spacious 1,100 sq ft luxury 2/2 chalet is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with custom quartz counter tops, glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. This home comes with an ice cold central AC, and full size laundry room. There is a charcoal grill in the back for BBQ and front porch outside the loft. Primary bedroom features a queen size medium firm gel memory foam bed, 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming) , and primary luxury bathroom features a tiled and marble shower with a brand new vanity that is located on the first floor Bedroom 2 is located in the Loft on the second floor. You can access the loft from the spiral staircase inside the house or stairway outside the front porch. Please see attached photos. The spiral staircase is not recommend for young children or elderly. Features two full size medium firm gel memory foam beds and 43" in. SmartTV (streaming only). The guest bathroom is located on the first floor near the dining area that features a fully tiled and marble walk in shower. Dedicated work space with printer and Blazing high speed WiFi to make your work day as seemless as possible. Living Room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Features 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming) , board games, and PS4. Guest access Approximately 24 hours before arrival you will receive a welcome message. It will include your check-in instructions, house rules, and code to enter the chalet. Parking spot is #153. If you need additional car parking you can park in any unnumbered spots throughtout the community. If you have a boat or RV, secure parking can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide host details one week prior to arrival. We will send you a link to our virtual guestbook. Other things to note No Pets owner is highly allergic. Pool: The key is located in the drawer next to kitchen sink. Please put the key back in the drawer at checkout. If you lose the key there is a $75 charge for a new one. Disney World is a 25 minute drive. Universal Studios is a 35 minute drive. UCF campus is a 45 minute drive. Lake Louisa is a 2-3 minute walk. Enjoy your stay!
