The space Leo's portico is a warm and welcoming environment, characterized by exposed stone walls, ceilings with dark wooden beams and terrazzo floors. The decor is essential but elegant, with wooden furniture in a traditional Tuscan style. Located on the first floor, the entrance opens onto a unique environment that houses the sleeping area, the kitchen and the single bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave oven and a sink. The dining area is represented by a round table with chairs, located in the center of the room, 40-inch smart TV. The single bed can be used as a relaxation area during the day and as an extra bed for adults or children at night. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Access from the studio to the dining porch with bar table and stools allows you to enjoy the sea view of the islands of Elba and Corsica. An experience that remains etched in the memory for a long time, offering moments of peace and contemplation immersed in the beauty of nature. The village of Scarlino is surrounded by lush hilly countryside, with a variety of landscapes including vineyards, olive groves and woods. Famous for its millennial history, you can still admire the medieval fortress that dominates the village. The historic center is a labyrinth of narrow paved streets and stone staircases, with numerous churches, historic buildings and ancient access doors. The Scarlino area also offers many natural attractions, including the Bandite di Scarlino Nature Reserve, a vast area of Mediterranean scrub along the entire coast. There are also numerous beaches and bays such as Puntone beach about 8 km away, Cala Violina beach and Cala Martina beach about 12 km away, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle following a path of about 20-30 minutes through the Bandite di Scarlino Nature Reserve and finally the Polveriera. In the winter season from 11/01 to 04/15, heating is provided by a wood-burning stove or an electric convector. For wood, the quantity will be provided to you, for the duration of your stay, upon arrival at the apartment.
