The space Leo's porch is a warm and welcoming environment, featuring exposed stone walls, ceilings with dark wood beams, and gritted floors. The furniture is essential but elegant, with wooden furniture with a traditional Tuscan design. Located on the second floor, the entrance opens to a unique environment that houses the sleeping area, kitchen and single bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven, and a water heater. The dining area is represented by a round table with chairs, located in the center of the room, 40-inch smart TV. The single bed can be used as a relaxation area during the day and as an extra bed for adults or children during the night. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Access from the studio to the dining porch with table bars and stools allows you to enjoy the sea view of the Elba and Corsica islands. An experience that remains imprinted in memory for a long time offering moments of peace and contemplation immersed in the beauty of nature. The village of Scarlino is surrounded by a lush hilly countryside, with a variety of landscapes including vineyards, olive groves, and woods. Famous for its millenary history, you can still admire the medieval fortress that dominates the village. The historic center is a labyrinth of narrow paved streets and stone stairs, with numerous churches, historic palaces, and ancient gateways. The Scarlino area also offers many natural attractions, including the Scarlino Bandit Nature Reserve, a large Mediterranean scrub area along the coast. There are also numerous beaches and bays such as Puntone beach about 8km away, Cala Violina beach and Cala Martina beach about 12 km away, also reachable on foot or by bike following a 20-30 minute walk through the Scarlino Bandite Nature Reserve and finally the Polveriera. In the winter season from 11/01 to 04/15, heating is ensured by a wood-burning stove or electric heater.
