The serenity of this little home is peaceful and quiet, with a very“home“ like atmosphere. Located only 7 miles from Andalusia , 18 miles from Boggs and boulders , and 63 miles from sandy beaches in Florida. If you have family close by or you are passing through headed to the beach, or business. This is the place for you. The owners live within a mile from the home. This is a “tiny” home with big space, and home appeal. There is an infinity table that has all the board games you loved as a child with no cleanup:-) there is one queen bed and a full bed that folds away for convenience (super easy to set up too) this home has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. I leave fresh eggs , waters, coffee, tea and snacks in each stay. Located 7 miles(approximately) from Andalusia. Need a quick break from beach traffic ? This is the one . Right off of 55 and 84 take a break before continuing your trip to the beach or back from the beach. Please know there are 2 outside cameras. This is for our protection and yours . Both cameras are located at the side entrance and back entrance of the home . They are on recording cloud and we do not watch them (unless we need to for security reasons or incidents that need to be addressed). We ask u protect our property as you would your own. We leave you alone to enjoy your time there . You will have the entire home to yourself . If you need anything we live approximately a quarter mile from the home. We are available 24 hours for emergencies. We would like to keep 7 am to 10 pm hours for normal “Help” issues . All emergencies are 24 hours availability. There are no up close neighbors at this property. Nearest neighbors are aprox quarter mile in distance . You will need your own vehicle to get around . There is WIFI provided . 200 Mbps. ROKU PROVIDED there is a few subscriptions already paid for on the television. If you log into ur own streaming services please remember to log out . We will try to check this between guests as well. The cell service for AT&T, Verizon is good . T-mobile is spotty. We have recently planted citrus trees behind the home . There is a single small bush in the front yard that is called a beauty Bush. If u break off the leaves (takes only one) it is a natural bug repellent. there is a Dollar General about 4.5 miles . I can provide guest with fresh laid eggs for your stay . (Molting season will be told about if they aren’t laying “if there is a special occasion please let me know ahead of time and I will definitely try to accommodate for ur event . We are PET friendly with deposit and knowledge. Please be a responsible pet mom or dad . Destroying our stuff isn’t something we want to happen but if it does please be mindful we check everything between stays. So please let us know something is wrong before we come in and see and have to figure out how to fix it . I will charge for damages occurred .Absolutely no smoking in the home and please be mindful if smoking walk away from the home .
