Come and enjoy this quiet and peaceful space in our house basement with private entrance thru our backyard gate. Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen, this place is the perfect destination whether you're in town for a short layover or looking to explore. Located about 5 minutes to stores/supermarkets and restaurants, our house is also 10-15 minutes to Mall of Georgia, 20 mins to Lake Lanier, and about 50 minutes to downtown Atlanta. *Signing a lease agreement is required.* The space Main bedroom features one King bed, TV with Hulu, desk, dresser, and closet. Second bedroom features Queen bed, TV with Hulu, desk, and drawer chest. The third bedroom features Queen bed, desk, TV with Hulu, and drawer chest. Bathroom features a standing shower and it is shared among your family/group. Full kitchen has 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Our family occupy the main floor, and we have two teens and one preteen. * Security Cameras are placed outside the property. Guest access Access to our basement is thru our backyard gate. You will have access to 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and patio. There is camera in our patio facing the basement door. Other things to note At night, access backyard gate might be too dark, but we have a light with motion sensor. It will turn on when someone approaches. When rain or after rain, the path to the backyard and to the door may be slippery. Please use extra caution. We have a huge fenced backyard, and many small animals live in there (bees, butterflies, frogs, squirrels, etc). Please use extra caution when going to the backyard. Please stay in patio area.
