DOCK / Water Levels: As of March 12, 2026 we have 3 feet of water at our dock which is plenty for any size boat! HOT TUB added December 2025! PATH DOWN TO DOCK: the distance from the house to the dock is 240ft. CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
