If you want to spend an exceptional time in an enchanting site on the banks of the magnificent Rivière du Loup, the Louveteau cottage will have everything to please you. The space Cottage located directly on the shoreline of the Wolf River in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts in Mauricie on a 80,000 square foot lot. Located 1.5 hours from Montreal and 2 hours from Quebec City, you will have peace of mind. 10-minute drive to the village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts with grocery store, pharmacy, bank etc... Several activities to do nearby, the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve with its hundreds of lakes is a 15-minute drive, the Nouvelle-France microbrewery, several hiking trails on foot, snowshoeing, mountain biking and snowmobiling are accessible. The Vallée du Parc ski resort is the closest resort to the house. Throughout the year, there are plenty of activities within reach. In summer, 2 kayaks and a canoe with flotation jackets are available as well as a barbecue on the balcony (available from April to October). A swing is permanently installed to enjoy the beautiful river view. An outdoor fireplace is accessible at all times. A 7-seater spa is also available for your use all year long. 3 bedrooms on 3 floors, including one on the 2nd floor with ensuite bathroom. A total of 8 beds (1 queen bed in each bedroom and 1 single bunk bed in the basement). Large living room with slow-burning fireplace and dining room. Please note that the entrance to the property is on a steep slope and in winter a 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. You can always park before the hill. We are not responsible for any costs incurred if you take the risk of going down.
