The space Located in a small quiet residence in a private condominium, the villa has 1 new well-equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace with stunning views of the large hill and Grande Anse beach. Maximum capacity is 4 people This Type 2 specifically includes: air-conditioned with ceiling fan, each with: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and ceiling fan. - 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sink & 1 toilet. - 1 well-equipped kitchen with sea view. - 1 terrace with sea view. All the furniture and appliances are at your disposal. You'll enjoy Wi-Fi and 1 large-screen TV. Furniture and equipment will be checked at the beginning and end of the stay by the concierge and guests. Everything that lends itself to drinks, food and consumables are the responsibility of the vacationers.   Vacationers undertake to leave the furnished apartment in a decent and tidy condition. Only the persons named on this lease may stay there. * The condominium regulations require that you place your sorted garbage in the appropriate containers, respect the environment and respect the tranquility of other residents within the condominium after dark.  We appreciate your understanding. After the Rifflet bus stop on a small hill on the N2, about 2 km before the Gadet viewpoint > take the first street immediately to the right and immediately to the left, you have arrived at the Les Rêves d'Or residence. Private parking is strictly reserved for you. It is located immediately to the left when entering the residence. The allocated space is No. 07 at the end of the parking lot. Other things to note ** INTERNAL RULES: Under no circumstances will vacationers be able to claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in this contract. 1) Use of the premises: The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. The tenant will respect the neighborhood and undertakes to return the furnished accommodation upon departure in a decent and tidy condition. The rental cannot in any way benefit third parties. Only the persons designated on this lease will be able to stay there. * The condominium rules require you to dispose of your sorted garbage in the appropriate containers and bins and to respect the environment. 2) The inventory of fixtures and the inventory of furniture and equipment will be made jointly at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the concierge or his representative and the vacationer.
