Full of natural light, this newly remodeled home is perfect for indoor/ outdoor lifestyle. Large pocket sliding doors open up the living and dining rooms to the manicured backyard with covered pergola, additional patio with dining table both with heat lamps, kids play structure with poured rubber underneath and sports court with adjustable heavy duty basketball hoop perfect for kids (& adults) of all ages. Four bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms make this the perfect Santa Barbara retreat. The space The large pass-through kitchen window with tiled bar top allows seamless conversations while pulling out appetizers or opening a bottle of wine in addition to easy supervision while kids play outside. Aqua, yellow and white Eames inspired chairs surround a white table with white oak floors. Cement countertops in the open kitchen with Liebherr fridge and wine fridge. There is a kids table/ craft area right next to the kitchen peninsula. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. The bright open floor plan makes an easy transition from inside to out. Pocket doors open up to the covered patio with dining table and backyard for a true indoor/ outdoor living experience. The covered pergola in the back has a large cozy couch with flat screen TV which overlooks the playset and basketball area with mountain views. The outdoor kitchen has a bbq, sink and drink fridge. The living/ family room opens up to the backyard with a comfy L shaped couch. Large TV allows for live sports, as well as streaming videos. The spacious master bedroom with a CA king has a spa like master bath with two person soaking tub and doubleheaded shower. One children’s bedroom offers a full sized bed and the other a CA king. There is a full bath right across the hall and an additional full guest bathroom down the hall near the front door The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a desk large enough for two monitors and a laptop to work remotely in the guest bedroom and two smaller desks in the kid’s rooms. Printer available for use. Note the minimum stay in our neighborhood is 30 days per Santa Barbara zoning law. The home is perched on a small hill and there are stairs to the front door or you can use the side yard with fewer steps. A Nest camera is at the front door The inside is very child proofed, single story though because of it being on a hill, it appears to be on the second story for two bedrooms. Window guards or a limiter are on each window. We have little kids and no pets- so those with allergies will be fine here. We will consider a pet on a case by case basis- please ask! We offer a housekeeper to come for a few hours each week to freshen up your space. We also have a vetted list of babysitters and kids related items to use on request (double BOB, high chairs, push tricycles, small bikes). We are only offering this home for limited times.
