Just five minutes drive to 401 and Weston Road and a ten minute walk to the UP-Express (airport train), Weston Go Station and bus stops just around corner. The space The space is a basement open concept with separate entrance. Separate bedroom, large Kitchen, large bathroom and laundry room. Furnished with a sofa bed in the living area and two seats dining set. We have a very big backyard that can be used during summer to BBQ or just relax while you take the sunshine and have a lemonade.
