Country Life right outside city!

This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. Currently there is a restraunt being built nearby that may cause weekday daytime noise. Keyless entry/outdoor cam. The space Two bedrooms are upstairs and have ensuite bathrooms. The beds are King in one room and two full beds in the otherThere are air mattresses in each room and an oversized single rollaway bed in the closet to the right. The bedroom downstairs has 2 queen size beds. The upstairs rooms and the living room have wifi boxes that have basic cable and work with your personal streaming devices. Extra linen is in both closets upstairs as well as downstairs. Child gate and toddler mattress in closet. Absolutely no parties. Paying guests only. If you need to have more than 10 guests, we can discuss but there will be a fee. No Smoking in home, on porches or under pavillion. No animals. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests do not have access to the sheds in back . They are free to use all other areas. There is construction happening nearby that may cause daytime noise. Other things to note THIS IS OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME, NOT A PARTY VENUE. It is meant for travelers to rest in a nice comfortable place, not for locals to throw a shin dig. The maximum allowable at any given time is 10. If you are wanting to use the outdoor space for a small gathering like a baby shower or bible study, please let me know and we will discuss. Guests have access to wifi and streaming but must log in with their own accounts. No pets. No smoking/ vaping any kind. Paying guests only. Please contact us if you have questions about this. We will charge $20 more per night per person or ask you to leave without a refund if unapproved guests show up. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee per appliance if there are uncleared spills in the oven, fridge or microwave. We also keep count of our pillows and will charge $15 per pillow should our disappear. Thank you for understanding. We do our best to keep the place looking and feeling nice for our guests.
