Escape to the island of Caye Caulker where "Go Slow" is the way of life. Our perfect (yes, we're biased) location at the BluZen resort is on the first floor, only steps from the Caribbean sea, a saltwater lap pool, the office, gym, a local small market, Lotus restaurant, and La Fogata brick oven pizza! It's just a one minute walk to the BluZen boat shuttle for free rides to the Village. Unit J-1 is located in Phase 2 of the 3-phase resort. It's our Happy Place so book soon! We go there often! The space Our 1st floor, two bedroom, two bath luxury condo boasts a bright and airy living space with an open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean and barrier reef off of the north side of Caye Caulker. The unit has air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, a safe, a full kitchen with the basics (utensils/dishes/cookware), stainless steel appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker), filtered drinking water, and washer/dryer. The ocean view patio with 2 loungers and 2 oversized Belizean-made Adirondack chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and an easterly breeze. The resort offers 3 swimming pools, access to a rec room and spa, free use of kayaks and bikes, golf carts for rent, a Market (Mercado), 2 restaurants – (Lotus: fine dining/cocktails/live music and La Fogata: wood fired pizza/wings/craft beer). The master suite has a king bed and wicker dresser and a 50” smart TV. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, wicker dresser, 50' smart TV and a large closet. A full guest bathroom with rain shower is in the hallway as well as the washer/dryer. The living area has a large sectional couch, 55” smart TV and available DVD player. The kitchen has a large island that can seat 4. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit other than the small owner's closet. Other things to note CLEANING FEES: The owners are charged a cleaning fee from the resort during your stay, which is reflected in your booking fee. Please note that this does not include requests you make while you are there. You will be charged a $30 fee for any day you make a request, and these charges will need to be paid at the front desk when you check out.
