To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch, iron - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars and 2 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - Amenities such as an AC, queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms are offered in all bedrooms.  BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 expansive living rooms, adorned with classic art pieces - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - The living room on the ground floor offers a vibrant blue sofa and chairs that can seat up to 6 people and is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.  - The second air-conditioned living room offers a sofa-cum-bed and chairs that can seat up to 10 people and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor, and can comfortably seat up to 4 people. - The living room on the ground floor opens up to the private, outdoor deck that boasts a distinct vertical garden, a small alfresco dining area, with chairs and a table.  - Guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool, 29x13 ft. in size and 5.2 ft. in depth. - The outdoor space also features a beautiful cabana, adorned with glittering fairy lights and other embellishments, ideal for an evening spent in the villa.  - The living room on the first floor opens up to the open deck, furnished with seating arrangements for 4 people and a sun umbrella for shade.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Light cooking & consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES A plush home by the Arambol Beach, this holiday home has all things that make for a perfect Goan getaway. Within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the beach. Relish their morning breakfast outdoors, amidst the of birds and the gentle humming of the waves. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Head over to the open terrace and capture the beautiful view of the endless ocean that is bound to surround you. Reserve the evenings for unwinding in the cabana, under the fairy lights. Go home with a bag of memories. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised to be cautious as the living room features low-hanging chandeliers. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of power outage, the inverter will support a few lights, all fans, Wi-Fi, CCTV cameras, TV point and 2 charging sockets. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
