Short distance to both stone beach and sandy beach and a great archipelago. It is 7 min by car to the shopping center, and 30 min to the golf course. Short distance to Badeparken. The space Newer (2023) apartment near the lake and the strait in Langesund. The apartment is part of the Smietangen housing cooperative in Langesund. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the sea. Here you can fish from the jetty, and/or swim if you wish. There are 6 other apartments in the building the apartment is located in. It is located on the 1st floor/ground floor. Arrival through the main entrance. Also has 2 terraces with doors out, one south-facing and one north-facing. There are 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen/living room, bathroom, and 2 outdoor spaces. Everything is on one floor. There are beds for 7 people. There are two beds of 180 cm, an extra pull-out bed of 80 cm and a wall bed of 140 cm in the living room. Linen and towels are included. Coffee maker, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Guest access The apartment can be used in its entirety both outside and inside. There is a playground outside in the common area for free use if desired. Parking in the guest parking outside. Other things to note Here in Langesund is one of Norway's best concert arenas, Wrightegården. The musical experiences you find here are many. This summer there is a packed program with many of Norway's best musicians. It is about 20 min to Porsgrunn which is bigger and offers a large shopping center and many restaurants and it is 30 min to Skien which offers a golf course, good tapas restaurant, pizzeria and the adventure factory and leisure park for the children. There are also many cozy shops in Langesund. The restaurants Victoria and Papas for a good bite to eat are located in Langesund and are highly recommended. Cozy Landhandelen cafe for a coffee, and the Cheese Shop for local cheese and the popular Ostemunkene. It's 7 minutes to Brotorvet shopping center. There are great hiking areas right outside the door. There are also great beaches and a fantastic archipelago here. Island hopping is possible, short way to where the boat departs. The water park at Skjærgården Hotel is located just outside the city center - popular with children. Small spa/relaxation area for adults including floating sauna.
