On 6,000 m² with complete privacy, enjoy a 15x7 pool with retractable dome, several furnished terraces, a lush garden, gym, spa (sauna and jacuzzi) pétanque court and children’s play areas. The space Welcome to the Domaine de l’Issole. Between the hills of Haut Var and the endless vineyards lies a peaceful and secluded 320 m² property set on a 6,000 m² wooded park. Rated 4 stars, the Domaine de l’Issole hosts up to 24 guests in a warm and authentic setting, where stone, wood, and Mediterranean scents blend naturally. The Domaine welcomes only one group at a time: the entire property, including the house, garden, and pool, is reserved exclusively for you. Outside, the 15 x 7 meter pool, recently renovated and covered with a removable dome, allows swimming in all seasons, at any time of the day. A five-person spa and a two-person sauna complete this wellness area, offering a true cocoon of relaxation in total privacy. Around it, deckchairs, sunbeds, tables, and sofas create a living space in its own right, the natural extension of summer days. The lush and vibrant garden shelters cool corners, stone stairways, century-old oaks, olive trees, lavender, rosemary, and cicadas. A pétanque court, a children’s playground, a secured trampoline, a foosball table, and a ping-pong table… everyone finds their own rhythm. Inside, the house is divided into several living areas spread over three levels, offering each guest their own space of tranquility. On the ground floor, there is a master suite with shower room and toilets, the large air-conditioned veranda arranged as a modular dormitory for 7 to 8 people, a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a laundry area and separate toilets. The main living room, the kitchen, the music area, and the library are also on this level. The main room, on the same level, offers a 90 m² air-conditioned living area with open kitchen, a large dining table seating up to 16 guests and transformable into a professional billiard table, as well as a living room with a sofa bed providing two additional beds. A music corner is equipped with a piano, drums, and guitars for enthusiasts. Also on the ground floor, you will find a second living room with seating for 9, fully renovated in Provençal style and complemented by a library. On the first floor, there is a large master suite with shower room, toilets, and baby bed. Two double bedrooms, one with a private shower room, complete the sleeping area. On the second floor, a spacious master suite with shower room and private terrace offers peace, a beautiful view of the surroundings, and privileged access to the majestic pool. Finally, an independent bedroom located in an outbuilding of the main house includes a double bed and a fully private access to the spa and sauna, perfect for greater intimacy. The house has 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a laundry room with two washing machines, an additional refrigerator, and a dryer. Away from prying eyes, the Domaine offers a real feeling of space and tranquility. The property is completely sheltered from view, surrounded by vegetation. Silence comes naturally here. All around, you will find hiking trails, vineyards, and villages to discover. At 40 minutes, the Mediterranean beaches. At 45 minutes, the Gorges du Verdon. Additional fees may apply beyond this number. • Bed linen and towels are provided. • Pets are accepted upon request. • A security deposit may be required. • The Domaine is not suitable for noisy parties. It favors simple and intimate moments. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire domain. Nature and greenery will transport you to the very heart of Provence Other things to note - The house is equipped with a L’Or Espresso machine compatible with standard L’Or and Nespresso capsules. - A filter coffee maker is also available, as well as a Nespresso Vertuo machine located in the master bedroom. - Due to the fire risk in the region, wood and charcoal barbecues are not allowed. Instead, two high-quality electric Weber barbecues (Q2400 and Q1400) are available, along with two additional electric grills. - The pool is naturally heated thanks to the retractable dome, which, when closed, concentrates solar heat and raises the water temperature by approximately 5 to 6°C. - The dome also provides added safety for children: once closed, it prevents young children from accessing the pool. - For the youngest guests, we provide 3 baby beds (2 travel cots and 1 wooden crib) and two high chairs.
