Guest access This is a private home where they shared wall duplex unit next to it. The only thing the two unit share is a gas grill, which is not listed as an amenity. You are welcome to use the gas grill; propane levels are not maintained, it is the guest responsibility, purchased propane, and for the readiness and cleanliness of said grill. The grill is not checked nor cleaned between guest. The bath and shower are located on the second floor. There is one of the three bedrooms located on the first floor. Other things to note The proclamations in the listing of “pet, friendly” and “maximum number of guests” DO NOT PRECLUDE A CHARGE FOR EITHER; expect an $85 pet fee and some formulation of an extra guest fee, usually starting with the 3rd guest. There are plenty of properties that aren’t “pet friendly”; while all properties are “guest friendly” it doesn’t mean we don’t charge for guests.
