Two office desks, comfy beds, and spacious kitchen. Big Smart TV with Roku hookup. One free driveway spot provided. Contact me for more information, including how to save on service fees. -9 minute walk, 2 minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, CVS Shopping, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Panera, 5 Guys and PetSmart -10 minute drive to Little Italy, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital This unit is located on the second floor of a duplex. The first floor is also set up as an Air BNB. Pets are allowed, but please send me a message beforehand if you are planning to bring pets so that I can alert first floor guests. Extended rates are negotiable. Send me a message for more info. The second floor unit is about a 15 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic main campus, Severance Hall, Case Western Reserve University, and super close by to shopping, dining, Legacy Village, John Carroll University, and more. 2 queen beds and 1 full bathroom. AC units provided during the summer. Kitchen comes with all major appliances EXCEPT a dishwasher. Hardwood floors throughout, dining room seats 4 people, and there's a desk area set up in the living room for working/studying. The living room has one leather loveseat (can fit 2 people) and a leather chair. Smart TV with Roku set up - feel free to log into your Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc accounts. Washer and dryer are non coin operated and shared with first floor guests. You get one spot in the driveway. Garage is small, but could fit one car as well. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info. Reilly Properties is Cleveland's professional short term provider. From the one week vacation to the extended stay of 3 months or more, we are flexible with our lease terms and open to price negotiation. We offer all of our guests a variety of a la carte options to help make their stay in Cleveland as wonderful and stress-free as possible. Services include private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first floor living arrangements, car charging stations, and more. Contact me directly for more information. Parking is free on the street during the day, but no overnight parking. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
