Open to questions! The space The apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom, furnished condominium in northwest Oakland on the Berkeley/Emeryville border, on a dead-end street. Upstairs unit with a large open shared yard space, designated outdoor dining space for unit, and street parking. Peaceful, friendly complex with lots of greenery and plants. The apartment is in a quiet, 3-unit family-owned and managed condominium complex. One bedroom has a bed, and the second bedroom is set up as an office but can be furnished with a bed. All rooms have carpet and big windows with great light and privacy. The living room looks out on a redwood and pine tree, and the apartment is very private from neighboring views. Off the living room is a good sized kitchen with gas stove and full refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a washing machine (no drier, but racks provided). The apartment is near a few parks, Berkeley Bowl West, and a cafe. Great local and transbay buses nearby, and super easy freeway access. Great for working from home, traveling nurses, or a short-term place for visiting friends/family. I'm looking for someone to take good care of my place while I'm gone and to be a good neighbor in the complex. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
