You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place at Miramar, San Juan.You will have a breathtaking view of Condado and are steps away from the T-Mobile District, SJ Bay Marina, Sheraton Hotel&Casino and Convention Center. Also, you will be 10 min away from International Airport ✈️You can also go walking to the Laguna of Condado and near Placita de Santurce for nightlife.Host could ask ID 📸. Other things to note Please note: There is construction nearby on weekdays from 8am to 4pm. Some noise may be heard during these hours. We apologize for any inconvenience! Please be aware that the building is older, and the elevators may sometimes operate slowly or challenging. Power outages occur occasionally in the island due to the fragile power grid, which has faced challenges since Hurricane Maria. While it's not a constant issue, it is a possibility. If an outage happens during your stay, we won't be able to offer a refund as it's beyond our control. Outages lasts from 1 to 2 hous long.
