This spacious family home is perfectly located between the 400 Block of Downtown Wausua and Rib Mountain Drive. 1/4 mile access to interstate 94 and 30min drive to Sentry World Golf Course. 5 min drive to The Hilton- Van Acre Offering shuttle services to -from Sentry World. Our peaceful neighborhood, relaxing 3 seasons porch and fully stocked dry bar will be the perfect place to come back to after a day at the course. The space We have 3 bedrooms upstairs 1- king and 2 with queens. Each room will have access to closet space & dresser access in addition to having a 42inch TV in Queen rooms & 60 inch in King bedroom. Our family room boasts 60inch TV, in addition to a lounge room for additional seating to enjoy Coffee, Wine and still converse with friends and family in living area. Off of our lounge room we have a 3 seasons porch with a 50Inch TV, seating for 8-10. Open the windows and enjoy the summer evening and or morning coffee! Upstairs is our full bath with double sink and heated Jet Tub/ Shower off our main entertainment is an additional powder room . Take a trip to our lower level to find our 4th bedroom with a Queen bed and 42 inch TV , Laundry facilities with 3/4 bathroom walk in shower. & Spare Fridge. Our lower level Family room has a 75Inch, seating for 8, a small gym area, Dart board & board games, work desk station and most importantly a dry bar (comes loaded with start up stock) & smaller beer fridge. There is also a door leading out to our back yard, we will have yard games available. Fire pit will need to be by request. Our home is set up to entertain. Guest access The entire home including garage! We will lock storage areas.
