Located in a stunning rural location in Happisburgh, Hall Farm Barn is a brand new barn conversion close to the iconic Happisburgh Lighthouse, and perfectly placed for exploring this special part of Norfolk. It can sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room. Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge. The space Hall Farm Barn is a brand new contemporary barn conversion in a stunning rural location. Everything is all on one level including an open plan living/dining area with a smart TV and a well equipped kitchen. For keen cooks there are two electric ovens, a large hob, microwave, plate warming drawer, integrated fridge and freezer. The kitchen island is a great focal point, and there's even a wine fridge too. In a cloakroom just off the lobby you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is free wifi for guests to use. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds (there's a king size in bedroom one and a standard double in bedroom two). Each bedroom has it's own ensuite shower room with high quality Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and Hansgrohe fittings. Traditional flint walls feature throughout the barn. Hall Farm Barn has been refurbished to an exceptionally high quality, including fly screens on the doors and windows in the living areas. The back garden is fully enclosed and has views across fields. At the front of the barn there's plenty of parking for 2-3 cars, and up to two dogs are welcome at Hall Farm Barn at no extra charge. Dogs are welcome in the living areas but we would appreciate your help in keeping them off the furniture. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property.
