The space This is the first-floor unit of our townhouse, which has been thoughtfully designed and divided into two separate units to cater to the specific needs of our guests. The first-floor unit functions like a cozy studio, ideal for individuals or couples, and can accommodate up to 2 people. This unit features its own living and dining area, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy meals. The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchenware and appliances, making it convenient for cooking during your stay. Additionally, the private toilet and bathroom come with a water heater for your comfort and convenience. For added privacy, the two units are separated by a door, and only the owners have access to this shared entry point, ensuring that guests can enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted experience. Guest access Access to the first-floor unit is through the main entrance located in the garage. Upon your arrival, you will find the keys securely placed in a safebox, which is protected by a passcode that will be provided to you a few hours prior to your check-in. This streamlined process is designed to ensure both convenience and security for our guests.
