We invite you to come enjoy this exquisite 2-bedroom, 2 Bath private apartment home nestled on the beautiful country side of Richard Texas. This is the perfect place to relax; located close to the city of Navasota to enjoy nights on the town, but quiet enough to enjoy outside serenity. This sanctuary mixes a harmonious blend of comfort, and convenience; just 20 mins from Texas A&M and all the amenities that Bryan/College station has to offer. The space As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious warm inviting living area that is tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings or sink into the plush sofa or one of two rocking recliners and unwind after a long day while you relax and enjoy watching the 65” smart TV. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and heat along with ceiling fans in all major areas. The TV has Netflix and various other apps that you can access using your own password. Our Wi-Fi is very fast and you may connect to the high-speed internet at your leisure. The kitchen is an open concept that flows seamlessly into the living space, boasting a full-size refrigerator, an air fryer/microwave, toaster oven, dish washer and coffee maker. There’s also pots/pans, utensils, and stocked with coffee, and even spices to use when making a meal. The is a laundry room with a washer/dryer which is free to use and laundry detergent is provided. The apartment home is thoughtfully designed to ensure a quiet and intimate living experience. Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the living area and has its own private full bathroom which allows for great privacy while maintaining that family style living. The bedrooms have queen size furnishing that will allow you to unwind, rejuvenate, and get a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms are also equipped with large TV screens and apps for your viewing pleasure. The bathrooms include fresh towels and bath amenities and ample supply of sheets in the closet. Each bedroom has large closets for storage which will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! You can enjoy the nature surrounding the apartment home by utilizing the two attached (2) porches. One porch in the front of the property runs the length of the apartment and is screened in and fully furnished! This porch has two sets of outdoor furniture with plenty of sitting area and a large table for dining; It has held over 15 people at one time. It also has a griddle, BBQ, small refrigerator, and two fire pits (propane) that provide both warmth and beauty. The back deck (porch) also has ample comfortable seating in which to enjoy a quick BBQ or dinner under the stars. The property fostered a large fishing pond and beautiful tree lined acreage where our guest can fish to their hearts content, explore nature, or just wonder around the beautiful landscape leisurely. Guest access Our guests have total and exclusive use of the entire apartment and grounds surrounding it. Other things to note To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted. Cleaning Fee : $50/stay *We have had experience with AirBnB not including the cleaning fee when showing Cozy Cottage. If you do not see the fee included in the price, please be aware that our fee is $50/stay to ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests.
