Guests also have access to one parking space in the building's garage. Perfectly located on the same block as the Butantã subway station (yellow line) and close to the Marginal Pinheiros. Guest access Upon arriving at the building, you will receive a key for the apartment and a key for your room. The key handover process is done smoothly, either with the owner or at the building's reception, depending on their availability. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but you can enter earlier if the room is already available or to drop off your luggage in the apartment (in this case, please let me know in advance via the Airbnb chat). Other things to note The apartment is quite large (400m2), with 4 suites, currently inhabited by 2 people, and one of the other two suites is available for rent on Airbnb. Staying in the apartment, you'll have this suite, a parking space, and full access to the common areas of the apartment. The residents are easygoing, and the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which you are also welcome to use. We kindly request guests to avoid noise after 10:00 PM and to smoke only on the balconies (in addition to the balcony in your room, the apartment's living room has two more balconies for shared use).
