Grand View Hill House at Pareners Glen Farm

The Hill House sits at the highest point of our 30 acre property at 140 feet above sea level in NW Alachua County. The view is spectacular & the house is pretty nice too! With its 10 foot ceilings and lots of windows, the 2 bedroom cottage feels airy and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen will please your inner chef, and the open floor plan allows easy conversation from the living room & dining area. You access the house via a gated private road. The space There is a solar lit 2 car parking pad at the main entrance to the house. All rooms feature ceiling fans, and the king room has room darkening curtains on the sliding doors, which access the covered deck. There is lots of outdoor seating and a propane grill for your use. Guest access You will have the entire Hill House for your group of 4. If you need more space, we have a guesthouse available at the main house on the property, just down the hill. The 2 rooms are listed on Airb&b also. One room has a king bed and en suite private bath. The second room has a double bed and en suite private bath. Each room has private access and are not accessible to the other room. The pool and pavilion are also located at the main house. Other things to note The star gazing is amazing, away from city lights. Bring your binoculars! The bird watching is great, too! Pool towels are in the bathroom cabinet. It’s a 2000 foot walk down the hill or a short drive to the main house where there is plenty of parking.
