You can be hiking in Dartmoor within 20 mins drive; Exmoor or the SW Coastal Path (Bude or Exmouth) within the hour. Exeter is around 30 mins away. I look forward to welcoming you. PLEASE NOTE that there are dogs on site. The space The unit is a newly fitted and spacious area kitted with all the essentials you need for your stay. The let allows of a lot of natural lighting, helped by the double doors at the entrance. There is a king size double bed, as well as a sofa bed allowing the let to sleep up to 4 if required. There is a little kitchen area with a breakfast bar. It has a small fridge, and microwave, as well as all the essential utensils. PLEASE NOTE that there is no cooker. Guest access The steps that lead up to the room are gated off, and you are free to use the car park or beer garden whenever you wish. Please note that we own dogs and therefore they may be running around at times. But don't worry, they are friendly! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: the pub is currently for service due to my retirement from 1st September. Whilst the pub is closed, I will continue to operate the holiday let and I look forward to hosting your stay. The nearest convenience shop, the Co-Op is a 5 minute walk from the pub, and there is a garden centre with a lovely cafe just beyond. Whether you are a hiker, runner or a cyclist, there are a number of routes for you to tackle as you leave the pub. However, for adventures beyond the immediate vicinity, transport will be needed.
