Book your stay today! The space This is a basement apartment, with 3 steps to enter the house back door and a full flight of steps down to the apartment. You'll find the neighborhood to be quiet and friendly- a great escape from busy downtown, but only minutes away from anywhere you want to go. There is no off-street parking, but there is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. The Roku TVs do not have cable TV, but you can log into your streaming services or watch a movie using the Blu Ray player. Self check-in is done via keypad and smart lock. No keys will be issued. Information on check-in will be sent after reservation confirmation. The main level of this home is a separate, private apartment that has its own entrance in the front of the house. There are no shared spaces inside the home. The Nest thermostat is locked, and you can adjust the settings within these parameters: Heat temperatures between 60-68F. Air conditioning between 70-80F. Air conditioning is not available when the outside temperature is less than 60F. There are electric fireplaces in the apartment, if you would like additional heat. There are also 2 box fans available. Other things to note The main level is another apartment, so there is the potential that you will hear movement/talking. Community guidelines include quiet time from 10pm-7am, and your space is completely separate, secure, and private.
