On the first floor, consists of 2 bedrooms (air conditioning & fans ) and a toilet with shower (hot & cold water). There is a separate living & dining area and kitchen on this floor and large balcony. The house has 3 kitchens- 2 indoor and an outdoor, all fully equipped for long and short stays . With all appliances- ,gas stove , oven, fridges , kettle , rice cooker, pots and pans . We provide a complimentary welcome pack with water, tea / coffee , biscuits, bananas and some seasonal items. All linens and some toiletries provided. We have two washing machines with drying racks in the laundry rooms and cleaning supplies provided for your convenience. Irons and ironing board provided on each floor. Outdoor seating area and private garden. Includes all linens and amenities. Our home cook will discuss and prepare meals on request ( menu and prices attached) . Daily cleaning for additional charge . Linen change free every 5 days. Entire house, including the garden. We have appointed a manager to help with the house Colombo 06 is centrally located , the streets near the house have plenty of tree cover , the house is in a lovely neighborhood with cafes and shops within walking distance . The house is well located with access to parking on street , plenty of Uber and Pickme ( local provider ), private car services can be organized on request. We support small local businesses and encourage you to support these fantastic entrepreneurs. Our cleaning service, daily or regular cleaning available for an additional charge. Note, for 7 or more day bookings we include a cleaning and linen change at no additional cost . Our home cook, for delicious traditional Sri Lankan meals. Freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients only. She is able to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, notice period of 48 hrs based on menu. Delivers all meals. Payment to be made directly and not included in booking fees. Our local fruit seller, delivers fresh seasonal fruits to the house on request. Payment to be made directly and not included in the booking. Our security service, provides 24 security and is included in the cost of the booking, is also a local business. Our laundry service is a small business in the suburbs . We will not be held liable for any lost items.
