The space Two story villa with private garden. The ground floor consists of 4 bedrooms ( all with air conditioning & fan) and 2 toilets with showers ( hot & cold water ). All bedrooms have air conditioning & fans and living & dining and kitchen have fans only. On the first floor, consists of 2 bedrooms (air conditioning & fans ) and a toilet with shower (hot & cold water). There is a separate living & dining area and kitchen on this floor and large balcony. The house has 2 kitchens, all fully equipped for long and/or short stays . With all appliances- gas stove , oven, fridges , kettle , rice cooker, pots and pans . We provide a complimentary welcome pack with water, tea / coffee , biscuits and some seasonal items. All linens and some toiletries provided. We have two washing machines with drying racks in the laundry rooms and cleaning supplies provided for your convenience. Irons and ironing board provided on each floor. Outdoor seating area is set at the back of the house . Our home cook will discuss and prepare meals on request ( menu and prices attached) . Daily cleaning for additional charge . Linen change free every 5 days. Guest access Entire house, including the garden. There are 3 toilets /WC in the house , all with showers and amenities - ground floor Master Bedroom has an attached WC , the other two toilets are located upstairs and downstairs . Our home cook, for delicious traditional Sri Lankan meals. Freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients only. She is able to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, notice period of 48 hrs based on menu. Our laundry service is a small business in the suburbs . We will not be held liable for any lost items.
